Some problems require a visit before a final repair quote is possible. We help clarify any diagnostic or call-out charge before you accept. Concierge coordination is free to you; the provider charges for the work and pays us a referral commission.
Can someone come immediately for an active leak?
This service replies within a day and does not dispatch emergency plumbers. If water is actively escaping, arrange immediate local help instead of waiting. A reply within a day is not a guarantee of a same-day appointment.
